For men it encompasses common concerns of the quality and quantity of exercise, levels of fitness, the best diets for men and efficiency of sleep (especially in aging men). Common medical concerns include fatigue, a loss of vitality, testosterone deficiency, erectile dysfunction, the loss of hair as well as aging concerns. At Transform Men’s Health we concentrate on Anti-aging. This is extremely important as we work towards improving both lifespans and healthspans in men.
Transform Men's Health offers men a customized approach for individuals seeking assistance in their transformation to improved health and wellness. Just being male remains a major determinant of health in North America with men dying, on average, at least 4 years before women. This disparity is important to recognize and needs to be addressed.
What it is: Great physical health is what we strive for. In youth we may take our physical health for granted but as we age we begin to realize what a great blessing it was. Being able to be healthy, vibrant and energetic is a gift not to be squandered.
Why it is important: Our goal is to assist men with their many concerns about their health and wellness. This includes advising them about nutrition, exercise and supplements. It has been estimated that 50% of male deaths each year could have been prevented by positive changes in their personal health practices. Male health problems could and should be detected and treated earlier. With improved awareness and education we can do that.
